We really wanted to provide model release forms and liability waivers, but our

lawyers told us it was a bad idea. Some states are very specific about the

necessary wording of release forms, so any "standard" model release form or

liability waiver is unlikely to fit the needs of the laws of all 50 states. We're still

working to find a way to provide these resources, but until we do, please

consult an attorney in your state for any legal documents you need.
